How the Two Step Challenge work? Funded Stage Consistency Rule

Posted on 2024-12-21 Updated on 2024-12-21

1. Daily Profit Limit – 25% Maximum

Rule:

You must not generate more than 25% of your total profit in a single trading day.

Purpose:

This prevents one-time aggressive spikes and promotes steady performance.

Violation Type:

Soft Breach

Consequence:

If breached, profits exceeding the limit will be deducted. The account remains active unless repeated violations are observed.

 2. Single Trade Profit Limit – 25% Maximum

Rule:

No single trade should generate more than 25% of the total profit on the funded account.

Purpose:

This discourages oversized trades and encourages consistent position sizing.

Violation Type:

Soft Breach

Consequence:

Profits exceeding the cap may be reduced or not considered during profit payouts. The account stays active unless behavior becomes recurrent.

3. Trade Layering Restriction – Maximum 2 Entries

Rule:

Traders are allowed a maximum of 2 layers/entries per setup. Layering more than 2 entries in the same direction (on the same instrument) is strictly prohibited.

Purpose:

Controls risk exposure and prevents over-leveraging.

Violation Type:

Hard Breach

Consequence:

Exceeding the 2-layer rule may lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of profits.

4. Lot Size Consistency Rule – Must Stay Within 25% to 200% of Average

Rule:

Your lot size per trade must remain within:

200% of your average lot size (upper limit)

25% of your average lot size (lower limit)

Purpose:

Maintains trading consistency and avoids erratic position sizing.

Violation Type:

Soft Breach

Consequence:

Profits from trades outside this lot size range may be discounted during payout or flagged for review.
